LUNCH BRAKE: In the fall of 2017, I took a course called Detroit Neighborhood Entrepreneurs Projects in which our class was split into teams and then given a client based in Detroit. My team had the pleasure of working with Achsha Jones, the owner and founder of the The Lunch Stop, a "bus-staurant" that served factory workers lunch in food deserts. When Achsha came to us at the beginning of the semester, we had planned to rename and rebrand her entire business. Throughout the semester we worked in a team of 8 to brainstorm names, from there we split up into teams and I worked on creating the logo and branding guide. The following images show our process from sketching with various names, to our final logo and some implementation of the branding.
